CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 69-year-old man is behind bars, accused of robbing a southeast Charlotte pizzeria.
Police arrested Michael Lyles on Monday on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

According to reports, he went into the Papa John's on Independence Boulevard near Wallace Road.
Lyles kept his hand in his pocket, indicating he had a weapon while demanding money.
He will face a judge on Tuesday.
