GREENVILLE, S.C. — An SUV smashed into the Viva Chicken in Greenville, South Carolina, Sunday evening, injuring more than half a dozen people.

Officials say three of the eight people hurt suffered serious injuries.
The restaurant manager said the business will stay closed until a contractor assesses the damage.
The cause is under investigation.
