RALEIGH — Alexander County Schools is getting money from the state to expand a tech program.

There is $200,000 in grant funding that is being split between 10 districts statewide, according to state education officials.
It’s for career and technical education programs in homebuilding.
Alexander County Schools will get $20,000.
