CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bars and restaurants are gearing up for the Belk Bowl when the University of South Carolina and the University of Virginia face off Saturday at Bank of American Stadium.
Although rain caused two Belk Bowl events scheduled for Friday to be canceled, businesses will still be open for fans.
