Local response to the historic flooding in Louisiana continues to grow Tuesday.
The Red Cross and members of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association are headed to Louisiana to deliver aid.
They'll join members of the Boone-based Samaritan’s Purse who said local crews were also on the way to help.
