DAVIDSON, N.C. — Crescent Communities has completed and opened Novel Davidson, a 237-unit multifamily community near the waterfront of Lake Norman.

The project, which includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, is located around one mile from downtown Davidson.
Crescent bought the 15-acre site in 2023 for $6.5 million.
