CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A worker at Catawba Brewing in Charlotte’s Belmont neighborhood was shocked and nearly electrocuted Thursday morning while at work, according to police.
Channel 9 was told the man was working in the area where the beer is brewed and coworkers heard a scream.
Officers said the worker was on the ground, unconscious with burn marks on his hands.
The worker was revived with CPR and transported to the hospital, police said.
Channel 9 is asking if the brewery is putting its operations on hold because of the incident.
