Charlotte's housing market is one of the hottest markets in the country for 2018, according to Zillow.
The online real estate database company ranked the Queen City fourth in the country.
Zillow looked at several factors when making the list including home value, rent forecast, income and population growth.
Raleigh was ranked second, Seattle ranked third, while San Jose, California got the No. 1 spot.
