CHARLOTTE — The first phase of a mixed-use multi-family development is underway in Dilworth.
According to the Charlotte Business Journal, the Fallon Company broke ground for its project called Center South.

They are building a 329-unit building called Twelve03 at Caldwell Street, and it will feature studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
Amenities include a co-working lounge, pool, pool deck with grills, fitness center, and more. It is expected to be completed in 2029.
