CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Fan favorite Tiger Woods took to the course at Quail Hollow Club in south Charlotte on Wednesday for the pro-am tournament.

Typically, crowds don’t show up in droves days before the main Wells Fargo Championship event - at least not since 2012, which was the last time Woods teed off at the golf course - but they did Wednesday.
