Developer sells townhomes at former Charlotte Knights Stadium site

FORT MILL, S.C. — A developer in Fort Mill has started selling townhomes at the former site of the Charlotte Knights Stadium.

Camryn at Southbridge will have 45 townhomes.

Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.

This is the second phase of development.

The first opened last year, with 50 townhomes.

Floor plans are between 2,000 and 2,100 square feet.
