CHARLOTTE — Sister is shaking up brunch in Plaza Midwood.

The restaurant — formerly Kiki Bistro — kicks off its brunch offerings with Disco Drag Brunch on April 10. That program is expected to be a staple on the first Sunday of each month going forward.

This month, award-winning drag performer Kassandra Hylton, the reigning Miss Gay Latina Asheville, will perform at noon and 2 p.m. Sister owner and DJ Andy Kastanas will be spinning during brunch.
