CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Snooze, an A.M. Eatery has snapped up a SouthPark location.
That breakfast venue has signed a lease for 4,030 square feet, with a roughly 1,000-square-foot patio at Apex SouthPark, a $185 million development by Childress Klein and Denver-based real estate private equity group Ascentris.
The restaurant is expected to open in the first quarter of 2022 at 4425 Sharon Road.
“We have been very humbled by the welcoming given to us in Charlotte and cannot wait to bring Snooze to the SouthPark neighborhood,” says Becky Fairchild, senior brand manager. “We love the vibe in this neighborhood and are excited to join this incredible community.”
