CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Fort Mill home of former Charlotte Hornets executive Rod Higgins is now on the market for $1.5 million.

The 7,609-square-foot home, located in the Springfield neighborhood and not far from the Carolinas state line, has four bedrooms, four full and three half-bathrooms, and features such as a bar, lounge and wine cellar. The two-story home, located alongside a golf course, also includes a bonus room and game area, home theater and outdoor entertaining space.

York County property records show Higgins purchased the home in 2008 for $1.65 million.
Higgins, whose career also spanned 13 years as a player in the NBA, left the Hornets in 2014 after seven years with the local team, shortly after it changed names from the Charlotte Bobcats.
