UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Noah Bradley, a 26-year-old teacher at Western Union Elementary School, is accused of grabbing a child aggressively, leaving visible marks and bruises on the child’s forearm.”
Bradley is now on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

Authorities arrested Bradley. He was taken to the Union County Detention Center, where he was given a $2,500 secured bond. Bradley has bonded out.
