DILLON COUNTY, S.C. — A former police officer has been charged with indecent exposure following an incident on Tuesday.
According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, 43-year-old Cornelius Jacques Barr exposed himself to a woman multiple times.
The woman then shared video evidence with SLED of their encounter, according to reports.
Barr was booked into the Dillon County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 4th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
