CHARLOTTE — Harris Teeter is launching three new grocery stores in the metro area.
The new locations will be in Kannapolis, Fort Mill, and Lake Wylie, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

They will each have fuel centers and drive-through pharmacies, bringing between 100 and 200 jobs.
“We’ve seen incredible support from our customers, and this growth allows us to meet rising demand while continuing to deliver the exceptional experience our brand is known for,” says Danna Robinson, director of corporate affairs and customer relations for Harris Teeter.
There is no timetable for when they will open.
