The couple says the concept stems from their own health-and-fitness focus. Too often, people focus on exercising but then miss the mark when it comes to eating because of time constraints or other pressures.
Husband-and-wife team Brian and Jamie Baird are behind that venture. They’ve snagged a 480-square-foot space at Overstreet Mall that should open in January.
