CHARLOTTE — Sheriff Garry McFadden will testify before the House Oversight Committee on Jan. 22 regarding public safety in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. City officials, including Mayor Lyles, CMPD Chief Estella Patterson, Interim CATS CEO Brent Cagle and city manager Marcus Jones will also testify.

District Attorney Spencer Merriweather will also be present during the proceedings.
