The Village at Sherrill’s Ford, now anchored by a Publix grocery store that opened earlier this year, also will talk soon about a project coming to the south of the Catawba County development.
“An exciting announcement about a development just south of The Village at Sherrill’s Ford, Blackstone Bay, will be coming soon,” says Michael Morgan, who, along with Dale Morrow, are brokers for the property at Re/Max Executive in Cornelius.
The Village at Sherrill’s Ford is located on about 120 acres on N.C. Highway 150 near N.C. Highway 16. Planners says the site will hold about $100 million in investment once complete.
