Lenoir man faces felony charges in U-Haul smoke shop heist

LENOIR, N.C. — A Lenoir man is facing felony charges after police say he used a U-Haul truck to break into a smoke shop and steal an ATM.

Police arrested Anton Smith Monday and charged him with felony breaking and entering and larceny. His bond is set at $75,000.

Officers confirmed a U-Haul was used to break into Sailor Tobacco and Vape on Highway 321.

Smith’s bond is set at $75,000.
