CHARLOTTE — A man accused of taking pictures up the dresses and shorts of teenage girls has been banned from all Target stores in Mecklenburg County.

That’s one of the conditions of Adem Shrader’s release.
Judge Roderick Davis also set the 31-year-old man’s bond at $100,000, secured.
Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested Shrader on Sunday after saying he took inappropriate pictures of unsuspecting girls inside the Blakeney Target.
