CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man exposed himself to two young girls as they ate lunch at Taco Bell Wednesday at The Arboretum.
One person took a photo of the man.
There have been similar incidents at the popular south Charlotte shopping center over the past year.
In June, a woman told police a man flashed her and there was another time it happened to another woman in October.
In August, a man reportedly took a photo up a woman’s skirt at Walmart.
