CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested a man they believe took a Charlotte woman's dog and sold it on Craigslist.
Barry Sharpe was arrested and charged earlier this week with two counts of larceny of a dog.

In October, a University of North Carolina-Charlotte student told police Sharpe sold her dogs after she paid him to watch them while she was in the hospital.
