CHARLOTTE — A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of 4-year-old Caleb Flax in northwest Charlotte.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested Terrance Jackson Jr., who is charged with accessory after the fact.
Police say Jackson helped sell a stolen vehicle that was used during the shooting.
Caleb was killed last week while he was sleeping after police said stray bullets struck his home.
Investigators say Jackson’s actions helped suspects in the deadly shooting escape.
