GASTONIA, N.C. — A man involved in an officer-involved shooting is in custody again.
Gastonia police were chasing Jarvis Lynn in July when an officer's gun accidentally went off shooting Lynn's sister.
Channel 9 also learned the department served Lynn with several new warrants, including some from 2017.

He's back in jail on several drug and weapons charges from Monday.

One warrant claims he fired shots into a home with three people inside.
Last month, officers released body camera video of July's chase and shooting.
As Lynn ran into his house, a gunshot could be heard.

Then, an officer could be heard saying that his finger slipped.
The officer who fired the shot has been cleared of wrongdoing.
