GASTONIA, N.C. — A man involved in an officer-involved shooting is in custody again.

Gastonia police were chasing Jarvis Lynn in July when an officer's gun accidentally went off shooting Lynn's sister.

Channel 9 also learned the department served Lynn with several new warrants, including some from 2017.
