ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Community members are set to gather Tuesday evening to remember a beloved Albemarle Middle School teacher who recently passed away.
The school announced the sudden death of Greg Delaney on Sept. 19.

A community memorial will be held at 5 p.m. at Resurrection Community Church on Main Street.
Organizers say it will be a chance for family, former students and neighbors to share memories, offer support and celebrate the life of a man who gave so much to others.
