ALBERMARLE, N.C. — A community is mourning the sudden loss of an Albemarle Middle School teacher.
The school announced the death of Greg Delaney on Saturday.
The school says his lasting impact, kindness, and care for students will never be forgotten.
Schools in Stanly County plan to show support for Albemarle Middle by wearing blue on Monday.
