Mike Sabik has the answer when someone observes that the Riverchase Estates community in Lancaster County is too removed to be an easy commute to Charlotte.
“You know what it’s too far removed from?” he asks the naysayer. “The ordinary,” Sabik answers.
Sabik is Southeast division president of LGI Homes. Late last week, he was putting on the final touches for Saturday’s grand opening of a $4.6 million amenities center at Riverchase Estates.
Two years ago, the first homes were built by the four approved homebuilders in the 2,000-acre, 1,100-homesite community on the Catawba River, located on the western side of Lancaster County. Now, Sabik expects that plush new amenities center will rev up sales at Riverchase Estates.
