CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The new name for the campus that is home to Bojangles’ Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium will be called the Bojangles’ Entertainment Complex, officials announced on Monday.

The new name comes after the groundbreaking of the connector between the two venues.
City leaders approved the 10-year, $2.85 million agreement Monday night. That agreement is expected to go into effect on Jan. 1.
The two facilities will keep their original names.
