SALISBURY, N.C. — Cellphone video captured a violent brawl outside the same Salisbury business where a man was shot and killed last week.

Warrants have been issued for four people involved in the fight for simple affray and one for assault on a female.

Warrants have not been served as of Monday night.

The fight broke out at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at Go Burrito.

"I couldn't hear anything,” Marc Anderson, the DJ, said. “I was not aware of the event in question until the next morning."

In the video, a Salisbury police officer working off-duty at the establishment comes in to break up the brawl.

"There has been a disparity, and this is what I've said to the deputy chief and the police chief," Councilman Kenny Hardin said.

Police are investigating and have called in Alcohol Beverage Control officials.
