Eat The Frog has snagged 2,720 square feet in the Metropolitan complex — its first location in Charlotte. That space was formerly occupied by Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
Eat The Frog's program was developed by Olympic gold medal decathelete Bryan Clay. It delivers a science-based fitness programs with 55-minute workouts focused on strength, cardio and "flexcore."
