CHARLOTTE — One person was rescued from a third-floor window after an apartment fire Friday evening in east Charlotte.
The fire happened in the 3300 block of Magnolia Hill Drive.

It took firefighters under 15 minutes to get it under control.
Firefighters rescued one person from a third-floor window. The person was being evaluated by MEDIC.
The Charlotte Fire Investigation Task Force is working to determine what caused the fire.
