KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — People who live near a proposed development in Kannapolis plan to make their voices heard Monday night.
They are concerned plans for new homes will cause problems for their neighborhood off Orphanage Road.

Developers are looking to rezone more than 70-acres of land in the area to make room for hundreds of townhomes and single famiyl homes.
