Shanquella Robinson case moves to Mecklenburg County Court

CHARLOTTE — The Shanquella Robinson family’s lawsuit will now be heard in a different court.

Judge Max Cogburn remanded the matter to the Mecklenburg County Superior Court.

This comes after the Robinson family’s claims against the FBI and state department have been dismissed. All remaining claims are against her travel mates.
