CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The days are numbered for Fidelli Kitchen in Charlotte’s South End — but a new tenant is already making plans.
Sabor Latin Street Grill will convert that roughly 3,200-square-foot restaurant space at 1616 Camden Road.

The restaurant should open in late September.
The fast-growing Sabor restaurant concept has built a following for its authentic Latin street food, with scratch-made items such as empanadas, arepas and nachos made with yuca fries.
