ROCK HILL, S.C. — Octapharma is officially coming to Rock Hill.
After weeks of debate, the South Carolina Department of Commerce announced that the final details have been approved.

The biopharmaceutical company is set to bring 1,500 high-paying jobs to the failed Carolina Panthers practice site in Rock Hill with an investment of $1.5 billion over 10 years.
