Two arrested in Salisbury death investigation

SALISBURY, N.C. — Salisbury Police detectives have arrested two men in connection with the death of Landis Darnell Glaspy.

Glaspy was found deceased on January 22, near South Shaver Street and East Horah Street.

Following weeks of investigative work, officers took Brandis Teon Imes and Marcus Turner into custody without incident.

Both are charged with concealment of an unnatural death and disturbing human remains.

The case remains active, and investigators said additional charges are possible as they continue gathering evidence and working with the Rowan County District Attorney’s Office.

Police are urging anyone with information to contact Lt. Casper or submit an anonymous Crime Stoppers tip.
