SALISBURY, N.C. — Video captured a person in a wheelchair inside a Salisbury transit bus while the door behind them was wide open.

This situation has led to an investigation into the incident.
Channel 9 reached out to city leaders to learn when and where it happened.
In response, the city said it takes the safety of all passengers seriously and is looking into the incident.
