CHARLOTTE — Viral coffee brand La La Land Kind Cafe has landed its first Charlotte location.
The Dallas-based coffee chain has inked a deal for South End at 1930 Camden Road — taking the former Bitty & Beau’s site, Thrift Commercial Real Estate Services confirmed. That Charlotte firm handles leasing for the Design Center of the Carolinas, which is owned by Asana Partners.

Further details were not immediately available. La La Land did not respond to a request for comment by deadline.
La La Land has built a following for its purpose-driven mission. The company hires foster youth and works to normalize kindness.
