What’s new at Camp North End with food stalls and office space set to debut

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Atco Properties & Management says the Gama Goat Building at Camp North End is ready for tenants.

The building is the latest piece to debut as part of Atco’s transformation of that 76-acre site in Charlotte’s North End. It is home to 140,000 square feet of Class A office space — though no tenants have been publicly named yet. It also houses boutique fitness concept bloc. and three alfresco food stalls — Bleu Barn Bistro, Saru by Bow Ramen and La Caseta, which began dishing up their specialties on Friday.

There is ample outdoor space to eat, hang out and work. The goal was to create a hub for innovation, arts, food and beverage, small businesses and more, says Tommy Mann, development director at Camp North End.
