CHARLOTTE, N.C. — James Beard-nominated chef Greg Collier and wife Subrina can finally share their new restaurant concept. Leah & Louise opens with dinner service on Friday at Camp North End.
Reservations are required.
The restaurant’s planned opening in March was postponed after COVID-19 forced all restaurants and bars to cease dine-in service. The couple turned to family-style meals and curbside pickup to bridge the gap.
“One of the big things for us, is we wanted to get people in the space so they could enjoy the experience,” Greg said. “I just can’t wait to cook for people in my space again.”
