This Food Network-featured sweets shop is in the market for a new owner.
Cupcrazed Cakery — known for its creative cupcakes and sweet treats — comes with a price tag of $200,000 for its Fort Mill location in Baxter and its Charlotte site near Park Road Shopping Center.

Cupcrazed owner Heather McDonnell says that price includes the Cupcrazed brand, her recipes and equipment. The new owner would need to assume the leases for those sites.
“It’s no secret my stores are for sale,” she says. “I’ve had a really good time doing what I’ve done. I just think it’s time for someone else to take the torch and do something awesome.”
She plans to move to Charleston, South Carolina, this summer.
