York County Council to vote on $30M tax break for Costco distribution center

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — The York County Council is expected to vote next week on plans to build a Costco distribution center at the intersection of Interstate 77 and Porter Road in Rock Hill.

A public hearing will be held on Monday before the council decides on a $30 million tax break for the company.

In turn, Costco would provide the road improvements.
