Historic Rosedale Plantation

Built in 1815, Historic Rosedale Plantation is one of the last remaining antebellum plantation homes in the Charlotte area and one of the city’s best kept secrets. It’s also believed to be one of the most active sites for paranormal activity.

Several times a year, the plantation hosts one of its most popular events, Paranormal Grounds Investigations, led by the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society.
