Historic Rosedale Plantation

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Built in 1815, Historic Rosedale is one of the last remaining antebellum homes in the Charlotte area and one of the city’s best kept secrets. It’s also believed to be one of the most active sites for paranormal activity.

Several times a year, Rosedale hosts one of its most popular events, Haunted History Tours led by the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society.
