Sweepstakes Dates: Monday, May 3, 2010 through 3:00pm, Friday, May 7th, 2010 OFFICIAL RULES

Beginning on Monday, May 3, 2010 and continuing through 3:00pm, Friday, May 7th, anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older who is a resident of North or South Carolina may enter for a chance to win one of two prize packages. Each prize package consists of 2 (two) tickets to see the event "Cavalia" being held at Under The White Big Top, Downtown Charlotte, (next to Bank of America Stadium.) Tickets are for the 8:00pm, Thursday, May 13th performance only. Each ticket is valued at $184.00 each. All tickets not used will be void. Total retail value of the two prize packages is $736.00.

No purchase or other consideration is necessary to enter or win a prize. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. On-line entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Entrants agree that Sponsor, Cavalia and the other sweepstakes entities shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Entrants may enter by logging on to www.wsoctv.com and follow instructions on how to enter the sweepstakes. An alternate way of entering the sweepstakes is by personally writing your name, home address, day time phone number and email address if you have one to "Cavalia" Sweepstakes, ATTN: Elaine Farias, WSOC-TV, 1901 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28206. All mailed in entries must be received at WSOC-TV by 3:00pm, Friday, May 7th, 2010. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. The Website's database clock will be the official time keeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes. No photocopied or other reproductions of mailed or personally delivered entries or automatic electronically generated entries will be accepted. Neither WSOC-TV nor any entity involved in this sweepstakes is responsible for computer malfunctions or any electronic problems which may cause an entry not to be recorded or any mutilated, illegible or misdirected paper entries. Employees and agents of sponsor, WSOC-TV, WAXN-TV, Cox Media Group, Cavalia, nor their immediate family members are eligible to enter or win any of the prizes in the Sweepstakes. Any misrepresentation as to a entrants eligibility or acts, multiple personally completed entries designed or intended to enhance a entrants chances of winning may result in an entrants' disqualification. Entrant's disqualification for any such action shall be at the sole discretion of WSOC-TV whose decisions shall be final.

On or about Monday, May 10th, 2010 two prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified of their selection at the telephone number provided at the time of entry during normal business hours. In order to receive his or her prize package, each potential prize winner will be required to come to the WSOC-TV Studios, furnish proof of his or her age and residency, sign a release and consent to the use of his or her name, voice, likeness and picture in general advertising, public relations and promotional purposes for WSOC-TV and the entities involved in this sweepstakes without compensation and submit a W-9 form properly completed by no later than 5:00pm, Tuesday, May 11th. If WSOC-TV is unable to contact any potential prize winner by the telephone number on the entry form within twenty-four hours of being selected and called as potential prize winner or if any potential prize winner does not accept or qualify to receive the prize as provided above, prize package will be forfeited and not awarded.

All prizes are not transferable, may not be sold or bartered by the winner, is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution of prize or winner is permitted. Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize (including, without limitation, travel expenses, meals, beverages.) Winner will be responsible for all costs incurred for travel to and from "Cavalia" event. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited, required to be registered or licensed by law. The odds of winning the sweepstake prizes depends upon the number of eligible entries received. Names of the winners may be obtained by mailing a self addressed, stamped envelope to Elaine Farias – WSOC-TV/"Cavalia" Sweepstakes WINNERS LIST, 1901 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 after June 1, 2010.
