ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — One person had to be extricated from their vehicle Tuesday morning after a crash involving a tractor-trailer in Rowan County.
Fire crews say it happened along Highway 52, between Crescent and Stone roads, in Rockwell.

Officials say the driver was taken to the hospital. Their condition remains unclear.
Troopers say the road has reopened, but crews remain on scene.
