CHARLOTTE — A 7-year-old boy was hurt in a shooting in southwest Charlotte Sunday afternoon, according to police records.
MEDIC says they responded to the 600 block of Knight Court around 3 p.m. They transported the boy to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
According to a police report obtained by Channel 9, the boy accidentally shot himself but was not seriously hurt.
