CHARLOTTE — A man and woman who police said owned the dogs that attacked multiple people in northwest Charlotte are under arrest.
Court documents said on Wednesday that police charged Rodney and Rychelle Morrow for the attack, animal cruelty, abandonment, and failure to vaccinate their dogs.
Four people were hurt on Aug. 26 after being attacked by seven pit bull-type dogs in the Claiborne Woods neighborhood off Mount Holly Huntersville Road.
A woman was sent to a hospital after the attack.
Channel 9’s Ken Lemon will be speaking with that victim at 5 p.m. on Eyewitness News.
