LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — Two people were killed in a crash in Lancaster County Wednesday evening, troopers said.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, it happened around 5:30 p.m. along Pineview Drive.
Officials say a driver tried to pass another car when they went off the road and hit trees.
Both people in the car died.
Channel 9 is reaching out to the coroner’s office to learn the name of the victims.
